The Louisville Chapter of the American Marketing Association is comprised of marketing professionals from a variety of companies and organizations in the Kentuckiana area. Members' specialties range from technical market research to advertising, but each member has a common goal - to work together to become better marketers.

"LOUISVILLE WATER COMPANY TOUR"

A tour presented by:Speaker: Come join us as Greg Heitzman, President of the Louisville Water Company treats us to a tour of the Crescent Hill Filter Plant on Friday, July 24th. The Water Company has been delivering water to Louisville residents and businesses since 1860. There are currently 3,500 miles of water pipes with 135 million gallons of water passing through these pipes on a daily basis to customers. Louisville’s tap water was awarded “Best of the Best” in the American Water Works Association competition. Come see how the Ohio River becomes drinking water. This event is FREE! to members. There is a charge of $20 for non-members. A box lunch is included. Please register for this event early so that we can make sure that we have the correct number of lunches. The tour will begin at 11:00 a.m. and the event will end at 1:00 p.m. ATTENDEES MUST RSVP – we will need to submit all names attending prior to arrival by noon, July 22nd for security reasons.

Parking: Park across the street by the reservoir on Reservoir Avenue, meet at the gate thereafter across the street.
